About My Safari Workshops

The workshops are one day: we will cover everything I can fit into 1 day. We will discuss clothing and locations. What to do when we dont have “urban” areas to shoot in. How to prepare for an Urban session. How to prepare your client for an Urban session. How to market an Urban session. How to shoot the Urban session (a LOT of shooting in the workshop). How to post-process an Urban session.

In an effort to drive more members to join the local Kansas City Affiliate of the PPA, where I am available for FREE at any time to speak, talk, shoot, answer, shoot the breeze, photograph your kids, whatever, I had said no photog could come who ar.e within a 250 miles radius.

Obviously that isnt working, so ok, you wanna pay instead of come see me for free, fine….its your dough!

**however, if you are IN  METRO KANSAS CITY DOING BUSINESS and want to come, you MUST be an Active or Professional Member in GOOD STANDING of the PPA GKC. Since I am on the Board there, I will be able to help you join up***

The class MAXIMUM is 10.

How much, you ask, for all this fabulous learning and fun? $275 for the full day (from 8am to 8pm). You will also receive my Urban Safari Notebook, and access to my private mentoring forum for as long as you are an active participant there (sorry, I dont allow lurkers, we ALL participate). On the forum is a lot of good stuff, forms, marketing ideas, creativity assignments, technical assignments, and Photoshop to the MAX!

To reserve a place at a Safari Workshop, you must pay a deposit of $100. The balance is due in full 35 days before the workshop date.

Canceling less than 30 days before the workshop date will result in the loss of your deposit of $100.

Canceling between 21-14 days before the workshop date will result in the loss of your $100 deposit, plus 50% of the balance of the fee.

Canceling between 13-7 days before the workshop date will result in the loss of your full workshop fee of $275.

(If you have extenuating circumstances, please let me know….I can help you find someone to take your spot or work with you on payment)You may pay your deposit by check, credit card or paypal. Please let me know which you prefer and I will provide you with the necessary info to process your payment!
